摘要:

[摘要]　目的　研究7种水平向头影测量指标对安氏Ⅱ类错 牙合 畸形颌骨水平向关系的可靠性。　方法　选择100例安氏Ⅱ类错 牙合 患者（男50例，女50例）的X线头颅定位侧位片进行投影测量分析，对SNA角、SNB角、ANB角、APDI、上下齿槽座角、面角、颌凸角7项测量项目进行相关性分析。　结果　SNA角、SNB角、ANB角、APDI、上下齿槽座角、面角、颌凸角测量项目之间均存在正相关或负相关关系。　结论　综合运用SNA、SNB、ANB角、APDI、上下齿槽座角、面角、颌凸角等指标评价安氏Ⅱ类错 牙合 颌骨水平向位置，可提高诊断的准确性。

Abstract:

[Abstract]　Objective　To study the reliability of seven horizontal cephalometric indexes in evaluating horizontal jaw status of Angle Ⅱ malocclusion.　Methods　Lateral cephalograms of 100 Angle Ⅱ adult malocclusion patients (50 male and 50 female), who were treated in the Orthodontic Department of School of Stomatology at Dalian Medical University, were analyzed. Correlation analysis was performed for SNA，SNB， ANB angle，APDI，AB plane Angle，facial angle，and angle of convexity.　Results　There was either positive or negative correlation between SNA, SNB, ANB angle, APD, AB plane Angle, facial angle, and angle of convexity. 　Conclusion　Utilizing critical parameters, such as SNA，SNB， ANB Angle， APDI， AB plane Angle，facial angle，and angle of convexity to evaluate the horizontal jaw status of Angle Ⅱ malocclusion could improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
