[摘要] 目的 研究粪肠球菌毒力因子gelE、cylA、ace、esp在氢氧化钙作用粪肠球菌生物膜后的表达情况。 方法 体外建立对数期、稳定期、饥饿期粪肠球菌生物膜模型,以氢氧化钙作用于粪肠球菌生物膜后用qRT-PCR检测毒力因子gelE、cylA、ace、esp的基因表达相对量。 结果 氢氧化钙作用后,gelE、cylA、ace、esp基因表达相对量,饥饿期高于稳定期及对数期; 饥饿期gelE基因表达相对量高于esp,也高于cylA及ace,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。 结论 氢氧化钙作用生物膜可抑制粪肠球菌毒力因子gelE、cylA、ace、esp的表达。 |

[Abstract] Objective To research the virulence factor expressions of enterococcus faecalis in the biofilm after Ca(OH)2. Methods Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) was used for detecting the expressions of gelE,ace, esp, cylA in exponential phase, log phase and starvation phases after Ca(OH)2. Results Treated state, the expressions of gelE, ace, esp, cylA of the enterococcus faecalis biofilm were stronger in starvation phase than in exponential phase and log phase (P<0.05).Treated state, the expression of gelE is stronger in starvation phase than ace, esp, cylA (P<0.05). Conclusion The Ca(OH)2 plays an important role in inhibition of biofilm formation. |
