ATP局部注射对皮肤交感神经反应的影响

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨三磷酸腺苷(ATP)对皮肤交感神经的影响。 方法 运动员90人,随机分为对照组、无菌水组和ATP组,以组别于小腿皮下注射无菌水1 mL或ATP 1 mL(0.1 mg),于力竭运动前后注射后3~5 min开始测试皮肤交感反应(SSR),测试记录点距离小腿注射点10 cm,测试指标:起始潜伏期、末梢潜伏期和波幅,并观察ATP皮肤交感神经兴奋的范围。 结果 力竭运动后对照组和无菌水组的SSR波幅与力竭运动前比较,均有明显下降(P<0.05)。力竭运动前及力竭运动后ATP组SSR波幅均大于对照组和无菌水组,且差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。ATP 1 mL(0.1 mg)对交感神经末梢跨节段兴奋范围达10 cm。 结论 小腿局部皮下注射ATP 1 mL(0.1 mg)能产生该区域皮肤交感神经兴奋作用,其兴奋作用有沿皮肤向外周扩散特征。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of ATP on skin sympathetic nerve. Methods Ninety athletes were randomly divided into control group, sterile water group and ATP group. The latter two groups received subcutaneous injection in the lower leg of sterile water 1 mL or ATP 1 mL (0.1 mg), respectively. SSR was tested 3-5 min after injection with the test point 10 cm to the injection site in the lower leg. Test index included onset latency, distal latency and amplitude. The skin sympathetic excitement range was measured. Results After exhaustive exercise, the amplitudes of SSR in control and sterile water groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The amplitude of SSR in ATP group was higher than those in control and sterile water groups (P<0.05) both before and after exhaustive exercise. ATP 1 mL(0.1 mg) excited sympathetic nerve endings cross section with a range up to 10 cm. Conclusion Lower leg subcutaneous injection of ATP 1 mL (0.1 mg) can produce skin sympathetic nerve excitement and its excitatory effects have characteristic diffusion along the skin.
