摘要:
[摘要] 目的 研究三叉神经痛样SD大鼠动物模型神经微循环变化。 方法 雄性SD大鼠15只,随机分为手术组和对照组。手术组经口内切口行右侧三叉神经的眶下神经结扎术;对照组手术同前,但只分离暴露右侧眶下神经不予以结扎。于术前及术后不同时间点解剖眶下神经,通过明胶-墨汁灌注HE染色和透明标本焦点堆迭观察微循环变化。 结果 眶下神经外膜的血管沿神经长轴走行,并可见有较粗的微血管纵向贯穿神经全长,途中发出斜向或横向的分支穿入神经束间,并沿神经束分布,相互交织形成微血管网,继而又发出分支穿入神经内膜;手术组眶下神经的微循环在不同的时间点略有不同,微血管网的密度比对照组低。 结论 大鼠眶下神经长期受压引起微循环障碍变化。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To study the changes of microcirculation bed in a Sprague Dauley rat model of trigeminal neuralgia.  Methods 15 male SD rats were randomly divided into operative group and control group. In the operative group, a chronic constriction injury was produced by placing loose chromic gut ligatures around the right infraorbital nerve (ION). In the control group, the right infraorbital nerve was only exposed using the same procedure without ligation. Infraorbital nerves were isolated at different time after the specimen were fixed with formalin and perfused with gelatin-ink. The changes of microcirculation were observed using transparent specimens focus stacking technology followed by HE staining and.  Results The epineurial vessels of the ION ran along the nerve's long axis and gave off branches, distributing along nerve bundle to enter into endoneurium. The microvascular number of microcirculation bed in operative group reduces compared with the control group. The microcirculation of the trigeminal nerve in the operative group was slightly different in different time.  Conclusion The rat infraorbital nerve microcirculation caused by the long-term compression, leading to demyelination and pain.
