| [摘要] 晚期胃癌（advanced gastric cancer，AGC）是指有远处转移而无手术指征或不能达到根治性切除及根治术后复发转移不能再次手术切除者。其失去了根治术的机会，治疗以姑息治疗为主，但大多数患者仍死于局部复发或远处转移。为了降低肿瘤局部复发、远处转移及提高总有效率和生存率，近年来国内外很多学者致力于胃癌化疗、靶向治疗及转变治疗模式的研究，以期为晚期胃癌患者提供更多的生存获益。 |

| [Abstract] Advanced gastric cancer (AGC) refers to gastric cancer with distant metastasis which cannot be surgically removed or cannot achieve radical resection and the tumors with post-operative recurrence and metastasis which cannot be operated again. Patients with advanced gastric cancer lost the chance of radical resection. The main treatment is palliative care. Many patients with advanced gastric cancer died of local tumor recurrence or/and distant metastasis. In recent years, in order to reduce the local recurrence and distant metastasis of the tumor and improve the total effective rate and survival rate, many domestic and foreign scholars have devoted to the exploration of chemotherapy, targeted therapy and the changing of treatment mode, hoping to provide more survival benefit for patients with advanced gastric cancer. |
