甘草次酸及其衍生物的抗炎机制

摘要:
甘草次酸是甘草的主要活性成分。近年来对甘草次酸及其生物药理作用的研究不断深入,逐渐明确其药理作用,它具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗病毒等多种作用。就抗炎来说,甘草次酸及其衍生物可以通过多个靶点直接抑制炎性细胞因子和炎性介质的产生,也可以通过增强类固醇激素的活性等机制间接地发挥其抗炎功能。本文结合近年来国内外的研究现状对甘草次酸及衍生物的抗炎作用进行综述。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Glycyrrhetinic acid (GA) is extracted from the roots of licorice plants. GA serves as a herbal medicine with a wide range of applications. Anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, antioxidant, anti-tumor, antimicrobial and anti-viral properties of GA have been reported. Glycyrrhetinic acid and its derivatives could either directly inhibit inflammatory cytokines or enhance the function of steroid hormone indirectly alleviating inflammation. This review elaborates the anti-inflammatory effects of glycyrrhetinic acid and its derivatives.
