干细胞治疗肝硬化进展

摘要:

各种病因导致的肝硬化严重影响着患者的生命健康，目前尚缺乏有效治疗方法。近年来，干细胞移植治疗终末期肝病成了一种新的治疗手段，该技术过程相对简单，将制备好了的干细胞通过选择好的途径移植到患者肝脏内，分化出更多的健康肝细胞，从而改善患者肝功能。本文即对干细胞及其临床移植治疗肝硬化进展作一综述。

Abstract:

Patients with liver cirrhosis caused by various causes serious impact on the life and health, it is lack of effective treatment methods. In recent years, stem cell transplantation in the treatment of end-stage liver disease has become a new treatment method, the relatively simple technology process, the preparation of the stem cells by choosing a good way of transplantation to the patients in the liver, and differentiate into more healthy liver cells, so as to improve liver function. This article namely summarize the clinical transplantation treatment cirrhosis of the liver stem cells and their progress.
