| 卵巢癌由于肿瘤干细胞的耐药性和增强肿瘤再生能力的特性，很难达到彻底治愈。随着卵巢癌肿瘤干细胞成功的分离和鉴定，如何识别卵巢癌肿瘤干细胞并对其进行靶向治疗显得尤为重要。本文将集中就卵巢癌肿瘤干细胞标记物及其新的治疗策略进行综述。 |

| Ovarian cancer is hard to obtain complete healing because of cancer stem cells resistant to chemotherapy, and have enhanced tumor initiating abilities. With the succecsful isolation and identification of ovarian cancer stem cell, it has the great importance that how to identify the ovarian cancers stem cells and targeting them for treatment.The focus of this review will be centered on the markers of ovarian cancer stem cells and the new therapeutic strategies based on the cancer stem cell markers. |
