超选择性子宫动脉栓塞术治疗16例产后大出血的疗效分析

摘要:

目的　探讨超选择性子宫动脉栓塞术治疗产后大出血的临床疗效及安全性。　方法　对16例产后大出血患者采用Seldinger技术穿刺股动脉，行超选择性子宫动脉栓塞治疗并观察疗效。　结果　栓塞术后12例患者立即无活动性出血，6例有少量出血，配合止血药物及雌激素治疗1周后出血停止。栓塞后3例出现下腹胀痛，2例出现轻度发热。　结论　超选择性子宫动脉栓塞术是产后大出血安全有效的治疗方法，一般不会影响患者的生育功能。〖JP〗

Abstract:

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of superselective uterine arterial embolization (SUAE) for postpartum hemorrhage. 　Methods 16 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were treated with SUAE via Seldinger technique and the clinical effect and safety were evaluated. 　Results After the operation, hemorrhage stopped rapidly in 12 cases, decreased obviously and disappeared absolutely after 1 week in 6 cases. 3 cases presented with lower abdomen gas pains and 2 cases with low grade fever. 　Conclusion SUAE is a effective and safe technique for postpartum hemorrhage and can reserve the function of procreation.
