[Abstract] Objective To discuss the incidence and the distribution of non-motor symptoms (NMS) in Parkinson’s disease (PD) and the possible impact factors. Methods The NMS questionnaire(NMS Quest) was administered to 86 patients with PD, calculating the incidence of the varying NMS, the top 3 items of NMS were statistically analyzed with sex, course of disease, Hoehn-Yahr (H-Y) grade and clinical type. Results The total incidence rate of non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease was 96.5%, constipation, urinary frequency and urgency, restless legs(RLS) were the top 3 items of NMS.According to the incidence, there were significant different in constipation between man and woman, course ≤5 and >5years, rigidity and tremor type(P<0.05), urinary frequency and urgency between man and woman, course ≤5 and>5years(P<0.05).And the incidence of these 3 symptoms are greatly increased with the H-Y grade rising. Conclusion NMS in PD are common, constipation, urinary frequency, urinary urgency, and RLS are the top 3 items of NMS. Among them, sex, course of disease and H-Y grade are the important factors, and with H-Y grade of PD rising, the incidence of them are increased. |
