中药血必净对MODS大鼠ALT、CR变化的影响及意义

摘要:

目的　探讨中药血必净对MODS大鼠脏器功能改善及对炎症反应减轻的作用。　方法　将144只SD大鼠（雄性）采用随机化原则分成3组，即假手术对照组（对照组）（48只），MODS组（模型组）（48只），MODS+血必净组（48只）（实验组）；每组大鼠再次随机化分为4组，即12 h、24 h、36 h和48 h组4个时间点，每组12只大鼠；每组大鼠于造模后各个时间点处死动物。取血测定丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）、肌酐（CR）水平；留取肺、肝、肾组织标本行病理组织学检查。数据结果采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行统计学分析。　结果　与对照组比较，模型组及实验组大鼠各时间点ALT、CR水平明显增高，差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）；与模型组比较，实验组ALT水平于24 h起明显下降，差异有显著性意义（P<0.05），CR水平于36 h起明显下降，差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）； 48 h大鼠肺、肝、肾器官的病理切片，实验组较模型组炎症浸润明显改善，出血、水肿及坏死明显减轻等。　结论　中药血必净能明显改善MODS大鼠肝肾功能， 改善肺泡塌陷及肺泡间隔增厚，减少炎症细胞浸润，改善肝小叶结构紊乱，减轻肝细胞水肿及坏死，减轻肾小管及间质充血水肿等，保护肺，肝，肾等脏器。

Abstract:

[Abstract] Objective This essay is going to observe the change of ALT, CR and pathological results of lungs, livers, and kidney. to discuss Xue Bi Jing’s effects of protecting MODS rat’s viscera and reduce MODS rat inflammatory reaction.　Methods SD rats (male, 144 ) were divided into three groups at random, namely, sham control group (comparison group, 48), MODS(model group, 48), MODS and Xue Bi Jing group(test group, 48), then, each group was divided into four sub-groups at random again, ie, 12 h, 24 h, 36 h and 48 h group of four points, each group had 12 rats. Same number of rats in each sub-group was killed right at the point of 12 h, 24 h, 36 h and 48 h after membrane came into being. Blood was collected for the determination of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), creatinine (CR); specimens from liver, lungs and kidney were histopathologically examined. The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software.　Results Compared with comparison group, ALT、CR level of model group and test group rose obviously in the same measure hour period, the divergence was significant for statistics (P<0.05); compared with model group, ALT level of test group came to descend obviously from 24 th hour, the divergence was significant for statistics (P<0.05). CR level of test group came to descend obviously from 36th hour, the divergence was significant for statistics (P<0.05).Compared with model group, with study of organic pathological slices of 48 th hour, test group's inflammation index was improved obviously, and bleeding and fibrosis lessened.　Conclusion Chinese medicine Xue Bi Jing could significantly lower MODS rat ALT, CR levels, improve the alveolar collapse and alveolar septal thickening, reduce the infiltration of inflammatory cells, improve the struc ture of disordered, relieve edema of liver cells and necrosis, attenuates renal tubular and interstitial hyperemia edema, on rat lung, liver, kidney functions have significantly improved.
