摘要:

在人类辅助生殖技术中，多方面因素会影响胚胎移植与着床的成功率。除了胚胎质量、移植技术和子宫内膜容受性这些主要影响因素外，还有许多其他临床因素。本文对影响胚胎移植与着床成功率的各个因素进行综述和分析，从中总结经验，以期能够改善IVF/ICSI 的结局。

Abstract:

In IVF-ET, Many factors determined the outcomes of embryo transplantation and implantation. Besides the embryo quality, transfer technology and endometrial receptivity, many clinical factors also play a role. This article review and analyze the factors that effect embryo transfer and implantation, to summarize experiences and lessons from these, which expect to improve the outcomes of IVF/ICSI.
