P-P38和NF-κB蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要:

[目的] 检测子宫内膜癌组织P-P38蛋白和NF-κB蛋白表达并探讨其意义。[方法] 采用组织芯片技术和微波EliVision TM免疫组织化学法检测60例子宫内膜癌、32例正常子宫内膜组织中P-P38蛋白和NF-κB蛋白的表达，并分析其表达与临床病理指标的关系。[结果] 子宫内膜癌组织中P-P38和NF-κB分别表达定位于细胞核和细胞浆，其表达明显高于正常对照组织（P<0.05）。两者的表达与肌层浸润程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期有关 (P<0.05)；两者之间表达呈正相关(r=0.561,P<0.05)。[结论] P-P38和NF-κB在子宫内膜癌呈高表达，且与子宫内膜癌的进展和转移相关。

Abstract:

[Objective] To determine the expression of P-P38 and NF-κB in the endometrial carcinoma and the significance. [Methods] The 60 endometrial cancers, 32 normal endometrial tissues were detected P-P38 and NF-κB expression with microwave EliVisionTMand tissue microarray. [Results] the expressions of P-P38 and NF-κB were located with the nucleus and the cytoplasm,respectively. The expressions of both proteins were higher than those of the normal tissue(P<0.05). The expressions of them were related with myometrial invasion, lymph nodemetastasis and clinical stage of the cancer (P<0.05). The expressions of the two proteins were positively correlated (r=0.561, P<0.05). [Conclusion] The P-P38 and NF-κB were highly expressed in the endometrial cancer and their expressions were related with the development and the metastasis of the cancer.
