摘要:

[目的] 研究多个省级地区女性国人手术中取材的第六肋软骨形态结构及解剖学参数,为进行耳鼻部整形再造时需要肋软骨移植的临床应用提供设计依据。[方法]根据从2010年11月—2011年7月的60位女性国人肋软骨移植鼻整形手术中取出的第六软骨在测量板上的照片所作的回顾性测量并进行多重逐步回归分析。[结果]数据统计结果提示，可取出的肋软骨的平均中轴曲线长度为(7.373±1.200)cm,厚度(0.911±0.093)cm。软骨的厚度与年龄呈正相关，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]提供了相对较广地域范围国人女性的肋软骨数据，对需要鼻再造、复杂鼻整形及耳再造等需要肋软骨移植的手术设计提供了数据参考。

Abstract:

[Objective] To summarize anatomy data for clinic application of 6th rib cartilage harvest from infra-mammary fold incision during rib cartilage transplant rhinoplasty of Chinese females. [Methods] Data are retrospectively collected and analyzed of photographs of 6th rib cartilages over measure grid plate from 60 patients of Chinese women those accept surgeries from November of 2010 to July of 2011. The mean and standard deviation of the measurement data were calculated and correlation analysis of multiple stepwise regressions was made. [Results] The mean and standard deviation of central line length and thickness of 6th rib cartilage were as follow: （7.373±1.200）cm and （0.911±0.093）cm. Age had a positive correlation with thickness of 6th rib cartilages with statistically significance of P<0.05. [Conclusion] The result helps prognosis of quantities of donor rib cartilage in ear/nose plastic and reconstructive surgeries of Chinese females.
