摘要:
卵泡抑素(Follistatin,FS)是近年来新发现的一类有广泛组织分布的单链糖蛋白。具有与抑制素相似的抑制垂体分泌促滤泡激素的功能,也可作为激活素的结合蛋白,通过阻断其作用而参与多种生理功能的调节。Follistatin通过作为激活素的结合蛋白和BMP的负性调控因子,从而影响着颌骨的发生与发展以及骨重建的过程。本文将着重对Follistatin的结构,生物学作用,对成骨细胞调节机制等进行综述。

Abstract:
Follistatin (Follistatin, FS) is a class of newly discovered extensive tissue distribution of single-chain glycoprotein. With elements similar to the inhibition of pituitary secretion of follicle stimulating hormone and inhibition, but also can be used as the activin binding protein by blocking its role involved in the regulation of many physiological functions. Follistatin is activated by acting as a hormone binding protein and BMP negative regulatory factors, which affect the occurrence and development of the jaw and the bone remodeling process. This article will focus on the role of the Follistatin the structure, biology, reviewed osteoblasts adjustment mechanism.
