三种玻璃纤维桩与牙本质之间粘结强度的比较

摘要:
[目的]比较三种玻璃纤维桩与牙本质间粘结强度的差别。[方法]将12颗离体单根管前磨牙垂直于牙长轴于釉牙骨质界去除牙冠,完成常规根管治疗和根管预备,经过氧化氢溶液浸泡的玻璃纤维桩表面涂布硅烷偶联剂处理后,用帕娜碧亚F树脂粘结剂将玻璃纤维桩粘结于根管内。根据所用玻璃纤维桩的不同将离体牙随机均分为三组:Fiber Post组,MATCHPOST组和Fibrekor组。将每个牙根垂直于牙长轴切出3个3.0 mm厚的片段作为测试样本(n=12),在万能材料实验机上对每个样本进行推出粘结强度测试,所得实验数据进行ANOVA单因素方差分析。体视显微镜下观察样本的破坏类型。[结果]Fiber Post组粘结强度均值最高为(16.65±11.76)MPa;Fibrekor组为(13.09±10.28)MPa其次;MATCHPOST组为(12.23±5.05)MPa最低。三组间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。[结论]在使用相同的桩表面处理方法及相同树脂粘结剂的情况下三种玻璃纤维桩与牙本质之间的粘结强度无明显差异。

Comparation of bond strength of three kinds of glass fiber post to root dentin

Abstract:
[Objective] To evaluate the influence of three kinds of glass fiber post on bond strength of fiber posts to root dentin using the same surface treatment and resin cement. [Methods] Twelve sound single rooted premolars that had similar dimensions were selected,and then their coronal aspects were removed. After endodontic treatment and canal preparation,glass fiber posts were cemented to the root canals. According to the difference of fiber post, 12 teeth root were randomly divided into three groups: Fiber Post, MATCHPOST and Fibrekor groups. Each root was cut perpendicular to the long axis to obtain 3 slices with 3.0-mm-thick as test specimens. Specimens of each group (n=12) were loaded in an universal testing machine for push-out test. The dates obtained were submitted to the one-way ANOVA (α=0.05). Failure mode of each specimen were observed and recorded. [Results] Bond strength values (MPa) of three groups from the highest to the lowest were as follows: Fiber Post group (16.65±11.76), Fibrekor group (13.09±10.28) and MATCHPOST group (12.23±5.05). One-way ANOVA showed that the significant difference could not be found among these groups (P>0.05). [Conclusion] The bond strengths of different glass fiber posts to root dentin were similar.
