摘要:

［目的］探讨NM23-H1、CD44v6在无淋巴结转移的非小细胞肺癌（N0NSCLC）中的表达及其临床意义。［方法］应用免疫组织化学的方法检测60例手术后病理证实N0NSCLC组织NM23-H1、CD44v6的表达，分析其表达与患者术后5年预后的关系。［结果］NM23-H1及CD44v6的表达在鳞癌与腺癌间差异均无显著性意义；NM23-H1阳性表达与患者5年预后呈正相关（r=0.887），CD44v6阳性表达与患者5年预后呈负相关（r=-0.784）。［结论］癌组织 NM23-H1、CD44v6的表达可作为评估N0NSCLC患者预后的指标。

Abstract:

［Objective］To research the expressions of NM23-H1、CD44v6 in the non-small cell lung cancer without lymph node metastasis (N0NSCLC)and their clinical significances.［Methods］The immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of NM23-H1 and CD44v6 in 60 N0NSCLC from operatal patients and the relationship between the expressions and 5-years prognosis of patients after operation was analysed.［Results］Both of NM23-H1 and CD44v6 expressions were no significant differences between squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma.However,the expression of NM23-H1 related positively to 5-year survival rate of the patient (r=0.887),but that of CD44v6 negatively (r=-0.784).［Conclusion］Detection of NM23-H1 and CD44v6 expressions might be useful to predict the prognosis of patients with N0NSCLC.
