[目的]明确Kras和Braf蛋白在非小细胞肺癌的表达状况,并探讨其临床意义。[方法]应用免疫组织化学SP法检测126例手术切除非小细胞肺癌组织和其中26例癌旁组织的Kras和Braf蛋白表达情况。分析Kras和Braf蛋白的表达与临床病理学参数之间的关系。[结果]Kras蛋白阳性表达率在肺癌组与癌旁组之间的差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),但在同一病例的癌与癌旁组织中其表达显著相关(r=0.456,P<0.05)。Braf蛋白阳性表达率在肺癌组与癌旁组之间的差异亦无显著性意义(P>0.05),但在不吸烟组显著高于吸烟组(P<0.05);在无淋巴结转移组显著高于淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。非小细胞肺癌组织中Kras与Braf蛋白的表达无明确相关关系(P>0.05)。[结论]非小细胞肺癌Kras与Braf蛋白在不同患者间的表达存在个体差异,检测Kras与Braf蛋白表达可能有助于筛选酪氨酸激酶受体抑制剂药物治疗的敏感人群。 |

[Objective]To study the clinical significances of Kras and Braf protein expressions in non-small cell lung cancer.[Methods]Immunohistochemistry method(S-P) was performed to detect the protein expressions of Kras and Braf in 126 non-small cell lung cancers and 26 surrounding tissues from operation.The SPSS statistic software was used to analyze the correlation between the protein expressions and clinical pathological agents.[Results]The positive rate of Kras protein expression in tumor was not significantly different from that in the surrounding tissues (P>0.05),but in the same cases,the expression of Kras protein in tumors was significantly related to that of their surrounding tissues (r=0.456,P<0.05).The positive rate of Braf protein expression in tumor was not significantly different from that in the surrounding tissues (P>0.05),but the rate in non-smoking group was significantly higher than that in the smoking group (P<0.05),and the rate in non-lymph node metastasis group was significantly higher than that in the lymph node metastasis group (P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between Kras and Braf protein expressions in non-small cell lung cancers (P>0.05).[Conclusion]There are difference of Kras and Braf protein expressions in non-small cell lung cancer patients.Detection of Kras and Braf protein expressions may help us for selecting persons who can benefit from tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy. |
