| Chemotherapy may lead to damage of the ovarian and even cause premature ovarian failure and infertility.So it is necessary to protect the ovarian and fertility function in premenopausal patients who receive chemotherapy.This paper reviews the recent literatures and mainly focuses on GnRH analogues,ovarian tissue,oocytes and embryo cryopreservation. |
