绝经期前后妇女血浆脂联素、纤维蛋白原水平研究

摘要:
[目的]探讨脂联素(adiponectin,APN)、纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,Fig)在绝经期前后妇女的水平及相关影响因素。[方法]选择2009年10~11月于大连医科大学附属第一医院体检中心体检的86名妇女,按绝经与否,分为绝经期前组42例和绝经期后组44例,入选者均测定血浆APN、Fig水平,同时行相关实验室检查。其中APN的测定采用放射免疫法(RIA)。[结果]绝经前组APN水平(7.67±3.47)ng/mL低于绝经后组APN水平(11.24±4.59)ng/mL,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);绝经前组血浆Fig水平(3.07±0.86)g/L低于绝经后组Fig水平(3.91±0.85)g/L,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。Pearson相关分析表明,APN与Fig呈正相关(P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析显示,年龄、TG、FPG进入APN的回归方程,是影响血浆APN 的独立因素。身高、BMI、HDL-C、LDL -C进入Fig方程,是影响血浆Fig的独立因素。 [结论]绝经后妇女APN、Fig水平均增高,共同参与绝经后妇女疾病的发生、发展过程。APN、Fig水平的测定,利于疾病的早期诊治。

Abstract:
[Objective]To compare the levels of adiponectin (APN) and fibrinogen (Fig) in pre and post-menopausal women and to explore the relationship between the two variables and other factors. [Methods]From Oct. to Nov. 2009, 86 women were selected from medical examination center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University. The subjects were divided into pre-menpausal group(n=42) and post-menopausal group (n=44) according to pre or post- menopausal of them. The levels of APN and Fig in plasma were tested. The level of APN was measured by radioimmunoassy (RIA). [Results]The level of APN in pre-menopausal group (7.67±3.47)ng/mL was significantly lower than that in post-menopausal group (11.24±4.59)ng/mL,P<0.01. The level of Fig in pre-menopausal group (3.07±0.86)g/L was significantly lower than that in post-menopausal group (3.91±0.85)g/L,P<0.01. The level of APN was positively correlated with Fig (P<0.01). Multivariate progressive regression analysis showed that age, TG and FPG were independent factors that affected APN. Height, BMI, HDL-C and LDL-C were independent factors that affected Fig. [Conclusion]The levels of adiponectin and fibrinogen in postmenopausal women are higher than that in premenopausal group. The elevation of adiponectin and fibrinogen can affact the occurance and development of disease in postmenopausal women.
