摘要:

［目的］探讨腺性膀胱炎诊断与治疗方法。［方法］回顾性分析59例腺性膀胱炎患者的临床资料。膀胱镜检查，活检病理报告为腺性膀胱炎，其中并发肾积水5例,前列腺增生16例，膀胱占位性病变1例，膀胱结石2例。采取腔内手术54例，开放手术5例。术后采用膀胱灌注及口服药物抗感染预防复发。［结果］单纯腺性膀胱炎者58例，术后恢复情况良好，无并发症，随访中未发生恶变；并发恶性肿瘤者1例，最终行膀胱全切。［结论］经尿道电切加膀胱灌注是治疗腺性膀胱炎的较好方法，恶变者需行膀胱全切术。

Abstract:

［Objective］To study the diagnosis and treatment of cystitis glandularis.［Methods］Clinical data of 59 cases with cystitis glandularis were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were examined with cystoscopic and their cystitis glanduris was also confirmed by pathological test.The cases were complicated with hydronephrosis in 4,hyperplasia of prostate in 16,the mass of the bladder in 1 and calculus of bladder in 2.Fifty-four cases received transurethral operation,and 5 cases took opened operation.Bladder instillation of drug was given after operation and oral anti-inflammatory drugs was taken to prevent recurrence.［Results］After operation,58 patients with cystitis glandularis confirmed by pathological test were followed up,and it was found there were no complication and malignant change with them.One case with malignant tumor was operated with total cystectomy.［Conclusion］Tranurethral resection combin with bladder instillation drug results in better outcomes in treating cystitis glandular.The total cystectomy should be applied in patient with malignant tumor.
