头颈部癌肿瘤干细胞候选标志物的研究进展

摘要:

确定特异性的肿瘤干细胞标志物是筛选与鉴定肿瘤干细胞的首要工作。近年来利用肿瘤干细胞标志物已从多种上皮来源实体瘤中筛选出了肿瘤干细胞，但头颈部癌干细胞尚缺乏特异性表面标志物。本文就近年来头颈部癌肿瘤干细胞候选标志物的研究现状作一综述。

Abstract:

The major work about screening and identification of the cancer stem cells is to determine the specific cancer stem cell markers.In recent years,some studies screened cancer stem cells from a variety of solid tumors derived from epithelial tissue by using cancer stem cell markers.However,head and neck tumor stem cells still lack of specific markers.This article reviewed the status of research on cancer stem cell candidate markers of head and neck tumors.
