摘要:

［目的］观察FRⅡ型功能矫治器治疗生长发育期内AngleⅡ类错牙合下颌后缩和纠正咬下唇不良习惯的临床疗效。［方法］采用FRⅡ型功能矫治器对1例生长发育期内的有伴唇习惯的AngleⅡ类错牙合下颌后缩的患者进行临床治疗，并对治疗前后的头颅侧位片测量结果对比分析。［结果］对患者进行15 个月的治疗后，患者咬下唇不良习惯得以纠正，B点在治疗过程中前移，前牙深覆颌、深覆盖得到改善。［结论］FRⅡ型功能矫治器对本患者能有效地纠正咬下唇不良习惯，而且能促进下颌骨向前生长，协调上下颌骨矢状向不调。

Abstract:

［Objective］To evaluate the effects of FR-Ⅱfunctional appliance during the treatment of Mandibular retrognathism Angle′sⅡ growing patient with lip sucking habit.［Methods］FR-Ⅱfunctional appliance was applied for a growing patient with Mandibular retrognathism Angle′sⅡmalocclusion and lip sucking habit.Comparison of the pre-post treatment cephalometric radiograph had been done after FR-Ⅱfunctional appliance was applied for the patient.［Results］The results demonstrated that after 15 month treatment,lip sucking habit was eliminated.After treatment,B point moved forward,deep overbite and overlap were corrected.［Conclusion ］FR-Ⅱfunctional appliance can effectively eliminate lip sucking habit,produce greater mandibular growth development,reduce skeletal disharmony and improve facial profile.
