| 直肠癌（rectal cancer）是常见的恶性肿瘤之一，其发病率及死亡率在国内外均有上升趋势。在我国，低位直肠癌占直肠癌的85%。目前，低位直肠癌的外科治疗目标也从单纯的手术根治性转向为根治性和生活质量的共同兼顾。本文对低位直肠癌保肛手术治疗的理论依据、术前评估、手术适应证以及术式选择等方面作一综述。 |

| Abstract: |
| Rectal cancer is a common malignant tumor.Its incidence and mortality rates are rising at home and abroad.In China,the lower rectal cancers are accounted for 85% in the rectal cancers.The goal of surgical treatment of the lower rectal cancers has been shifted from radical surgery alone to balance of radical and quality of life.The theory basis of treatment of preservation of anal sphincter in the low rectum cancer,pre-surgery evaluation,indications for surgical operation and choice of operation type are reviewed in this paper. |
