男性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者早期相胰岛素分泌情况分析

摘要:
[目的]评价男性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)正常糖耐量(NGT)患者,胰岛β细胞功能。[方法]选择20例OSAS NGT男性患者和18例非OSAS NGT男性对照,全部行口服葡萄糖耐量试验,评价胰岛β细胞分泌功能。[结果]OSAS NGT患者早期相胰岛素生成指数(10.7±4.9)与非OSAS NGT 相比早期相胰岛素生成指数(25.1±9.8)下降,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);OSAS NGT患者总胰岛素曲线下面积(109.8±20.6),计算稳态模型评估胰岛β细胞功能指数(35.8±10.6)与非OSAS NGT总胰岛素曲线下面积(94.1±17.9),计算稳态模型评估胰岛β细胞功能指数(27.9±9.2)相比均升高,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论]OSAS患者在糖耐量正常阶段存在早期相胰岛素分泌功能缺陷和代偿性高胰岛素血症。

Abstract:
[Objective]Analysis on the early phase insulin secretion in male patients with omobstructive sleep apnea syndrome and normal glucose tolerance.[Methods]Twenty male patients with OSAS and NGT,and eighteen normal subjects were recruited.All of them joined in the oral glucose tolerance test,then evaluated the βcell function in the insulin secretion of early phase.[Results]The insulinogenesis index (△I30/△G30) of the patients with OSAS and NGT(10.7±4.9) was significantly less than the subjects without OSAS and NGT(25.1±9.8)(P<0.01); the total Insulin area under curve (109.8±20.6) and HOMA-β (35.8±10.6) of the patients with OSAS and NGT was significantly higher than the subjects without OSAS and NGT (the total Insulin area under curve:94.1±17.9,HOMA-β:27.9±9.2) (P<0.05). [Conclusion]The data showed that the patients with OSAS and NGT exhibit a deficit in the early phase of insulin secretion and hyperinsulinemia.
