阴茎折断19例诊治分析

摘要:

［目的］通过分析阴茎折断患者的诊治过程，提高对阴茎折断疾病的认识和治疗效果。［方法］对2002～2010年收治的19例阴茎折断患者的诊断和治疗情况进行回顾分析。所有病例均经过手术证实并做了阴茎血肿清除、白膜或/和尿道修补手术。［结果］患者住院时间5～14 d，平均8 d。术后随访半年～1年，有9例随访时间超过1年。17例患者术后半年可恢复到满意的性生活，亦无排尿障碍。［结论］阴茎折断多数情况下单纯依靠病史和体检就可以及时做出正确诊断。一旦怀疑有阴茎折断，应立即手术探查修补阴茎或/和尿道海绵体白膜及尿道破损处，术后会取得满意的恢复，并发症也较少发生。

Abstract:

［Objective］To summarize the experience in diagnosis and treatment of penile fracture.［Methods］Nineteen cases of penile fracture from 2002 to 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients with surgically confirmed rupture of the tunica albuginea of the corpora cavernosa or urethra accepted surgical repair included evacuation of the hematoma,careful hemostasis,and closure of the corporeal or/and urethra tear.［Results］The hospitalization period varied from 5 to 14 days (average 8 days).Most patients were carefully followed between half year to 1 year after the operation and nine patients were followed over 1 year.In 17 cases,the trauma did not impede sexual activity and did not lead to any negative consequences whatsoever.［Conclusion］Fracture of the penis occurs as an emergency with pathognomonic clinical symptoms that can be easily recognized by a physician.Date from the patient's history and the physical examination is essential for the diagnosis.The results are much better and the complication rate is much lower when surgical repair be performed immediately after diagnosis of the trauma.
