| 本文从腺病毒的分类、结构和受体等方面对腺病毒进行了介绍，同时对腺病毒的感染和致病性做了综述，并进一步介绍了抗腺病毒治疗研究进展和腺病毒载体的应用。对腺病毒多方面进行较全面的了解，有助于促进抗腺病毒药物的研发和加强腺病毒载体在基因治疗中得到更好的应用。 |

| Abstract: |
| The category,structure and receptor of adenovirus are introduced in this article.It also describes the infection and pathogenicity of adenovirus.Further more,the research progress of anti-adenovirus therapy and the application of adenovirus vector are reviewed.With the comprehensive understanding of adenovirus,it is helpful to promote the development of anti-adenovirus medicine and the application of adenovirus vector in gene therapy. |
