下肢恶性肿瘤术后的分离灌注术疗效观察

摘要:

［目的］探讨下肢恶性肿瘤术后介入性肢体分离灌注术（ILP）的可行性及临床疗效。［方法］2例右下肢恶性纤维组织细胞瘤，1例右下肢脂肪肉瘤，3例均为手术完全切除肿瘤的患者。术后给予患肢动静脉球囊阻断后的为时20 min的分离灌注术。术后3、6、12、18个月分别予患肢MRI检查，腹部超声，胸部CT，血清CEA、CA125、CA199等肿瘤标记物的复查来评价疗效。［结果］3例患者均未出现治疗相关并发症。在治疗及随访期内，所有患者均无肿瘤复发及远处转移的发生。［结论］介入性的ILP是肢体软组织恶性肿瘤术后一种安全有效的预防复发的治疗手段。

Abstract:

［Objective］To evaluate the clinical effect of interventional isolated lower limb perfusion after soft tissue sarcoma surgical excision.［Methods］Two right lower limb malignant soft tissue sarcomas and one left lower limb liposarcoma received tumorectomy.All the 3 patients were given 20 min isolated lower limb perfusion after the soft tissue sarcoma excision.The MRI of the lower limb and abdominal ultrasound and thoraxic CT were performed in 3,6,12 and 18 months after the surgery for evaluation of the clinical effect.At the same time,the serum CEA,CA125, CA199 were also used as clinical effect index.［Results］No complication was observed during the treatment.No recurrence and metastasis were seen during the follow-up.［Conclusion］Interventional isolated lower limb perfusion after soft tissue sarcoma surgical excision is an effective and safe method for preventing the recurrence.
