摘要:

［目的］探讨P57^KIP2和PCNA在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。［方法］采用免疫组化SP法检测P57^KIP2和PCNA蛋白在57例胃癌组织和48例非癌胃黏膜组织中的表达。［结果］P57^KIP2蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为43.9%，明显低于非癌胃黏膜组的79.2%（P<0.05），高中分化腺癌组P57^KIP2蛋白阳性表达率为71.4%，明显高于低分化腺癌组的32.4%（P<0.05），P57^KIP2蛋白表达与胃癌组织分化程度正相关；PCNA在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为80.7%，明显高于非癌胃黏膜组的58.3%（P<0.05），高中分化腺癌组PCNA阳性表达率为57.1%，明显低于低分化腺癌组的88.2%（P<0.05），PCNA表达与胃癌组织分化程度负相关；P57^KIP2蛋白、PCNA与淋巴结转移、浸润深度、临床分期、肿瘤大小无显著相关性（P>0.05）。［结论］P57^KIP2蛋白的低表达和PCNA的高表达可能在胃癌的发生发展中起重要作用，两者的共同检测有助于胃癌恶性程度的判定。

Abstract:

［Objective］To observe the expression of P57^KIP2 and PCNA in gastric carcinoma,and to analyze the clinical significance.［Methods］The expressions of P57^KIP2 and PCNA were examined in 57 cases of the gastric carcinoma and 48 cases of peri-carcinoma tissues by immunohistochemical SP.［Results］The positive rate,43.9% of P57^KIP2 in gastric carcinomas was significantly lower than that,79.2% in peri-carcinoma tissue (P<0.05).The positive rates of P57^KIP2 in well and moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma,and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma were 71.4% and 32.4%,and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The expression of P57^KIP2 was positively related to the tumor differentiation.The positive rate,80.7% of PCNA in gastric carcinomas was significantly higher than that,58.3% in peri -carcinoma tissues (P<0.05).The positive rates,57.1% of PCNA in well and moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma was significantly lower than that,88.2% in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma (P<0.05).The expression of PCNA was negatively related to the tumor differentiation (P<0.05).However the expression of P57^KIP2 and PCNA were not related to the lymph node metastasis,infiltration depth and TNM stage (P>0.05).［Conclusions］The down-expression of P57^KIP2 and the over expressions of PCNA are closely associated with carcinogenesis and progression of gastric cancer.Effective detection of P57^KIP2 and PCNA may contribute to the evaluation of malignancy of gastric carcinoma.
