摘要:

肺癌是目前发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤，其治疗状况也成为人们关注的焦点。近年来随着MR硬件和软件的快速发展，使得肺部MR成像速度和图像信噪比明显提高，MR成像在肺癌的诊断及鉴别诊断、预后、疗效评价等方面显示出更美好前景。本文主要就肺癌的MR动态增强成像（dynamic contrast-enhanced MR，DCE-MR）、弥散加权成像（diffusion weigh imaging，DWI）以及其在放、化疗疗效评价等方面的研究现状做一综述。

Abstract:

Lung cancer is disease with the highest morbidity and mortality in malignant tumors.Its treatment situation is also a concern.In recent years,with the development of MR hardware and software,MR imaging speed and image signal to noise ratio of the lungs were markedly improved.MR imaging in lung cancer diagnosis and differential diagnosis,prognosis,efficacy evaluation demonstrates that a more bright future.This paper mainly focuses on the status on lung dynamic contrast-enhanced MR imaging (DCE-MR),diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI),as well as the evaluation of radiotherapy and chemotherapy efficacy of lung cancer.
