榄香烯乳与丝裂霉素在浅表膀胱癌术后膀胱灌注疗效的比较

摘要:

［目的］了解榄香烯乳与丝裂霉素在预防浅表膀胱癌术后复发方面的疗效及毒副反应。［方法］浅表膀胱癌术后患者91例，被随机分为榄香烯组（46例）和丝裂霉素组（45例）。术后2周膀胱内规律灌注药物，每周1次，共6次，以后每月1次，12个月为1个疗程。观察两组治疗效果。［结果］榄香烯乳组复发率为8.7%（4例），明显低于丝裂霉素组的24.4%（11例）（P<0.05）。与丝裂霉素组相比榄香烯乳组患者无瘤间期更长（P<0.05）；且局部及全身毒性反应较小（P<0.05）。肿瘤进展及肿瘤患者生存时间两组间比较差异无显著性意义。［结论］榄香烯乳膀胱灌注有较好的抑制浅表膀胱癌术后复发的作用。

Abstract:

［Objective］To analyze the curative effects and side effects of elemene emulsion and mitomycin in preventing the recurrence of superficial bladder cancer in post-operation patients.［Methods］Ninety-one superficial bladder cancer patients were randomly divided elemene group (n=46) and mitomycin C group (n=45) after operation.The patients were perfused with elemene emulsion and mitomycin once per week after two-week operation for 6 weeks,and then once per month in the subsequent 12 months and compared the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.［Results］The recurrence rates of elemene emulsion and mitomycin c groups were 8.7% and 24.4%,respectively (P<0.05).The progression free interval of patients in elemene emulsion group was longer than that in mitomycin c goup (P<0.05).However,there was no obvious difference in tumor progression and survival time of patients between the two groups.［Conclusion］The intravesical elemene emulsion was an effective method to prevent the recurrence in post-operative patients with superficial bladder cancer.
