[目的]本文旨在介绍脑立体定位切断技术,并举例探讨脑内选择切断的功能意义。[方法]Kopt脑立体定位刀的使用方法,及用免疫组化技术观察比较切断膈-海马通路前后,癫痫发作大鼠,海马门区生长抑素能中间神经元免疫反应活性变化。[结果]脑立体定位刀能够选择性切断膈-海马通路,对癫痫发作引起的海马门区生长抑素能中间神经元损伤有明显保护作用。[结论]用Kopt脑立体定位选择性切断术,可精确切断脑内某一特定的神经通路。 |

[Objective]This article is an introduction of technique of selective excision of neural pathways in the brain, and discusses the purpose and function of this technique.[Methods]The immunoreactivity change of the somatostatinergic interneurons in the hilus after cutting off the sept-hippocampal pathway selectively was observed by using the immnohistochemistry.[Results]This study confirmed that Kopt brain stereotaxic knife could selectively cut off the sept-hippocampal pathway, and protect the somatostatin interneurons damaged by epileptic seizure in the hilus of hippocampus.[Conclusion]Using the Kopt technique, a specific neural pathway can be selectively and precisely cut off. |
