| 剖宫产瘢痕妊娠（CSP）是一种比较罕见的异位妊娠，随着剖宫产的增多，该病的报道日渐增多。目前，发病原因及机制尚不完全清楚，在疾病的诊断和治疗上尚无全球统一化的金标准。经阴道超声能够提高该病诊断的准确性，治疗过程中有较大的子宫破裂、大出血甚至切除子宫的风险，而早期诊断及适当治疗则可以避免发生上述风险并保留患者生育功能。内镜手术治疗有一定优势。 |

| Abstract: |
| Cesarean scar pregnancy is one of the rare ectopic pregnancy.The reports for CSP are more today than before with the increasing of cesarean section rates.Because of its rarity,its incidence and mechanism are unclear,and there are no universal diagnosis and treatment guidelines to manage this condition.Transvaginal ultrasound can improve the accuracy of the diagnosis.Uterine rupture,hemorrhea and hysterectomy may occur in the process of treatment.Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment can avoid above serious compliment and retain fertility.Endoscopic surgery has advantages in the treatment for this disease. |
