| EGFR表达位置在胃癌发生中的意义 |

| ［目的］探讨肿瘤细胞中EGFR表达位置改变与胃癌发生的关系及其意义。［方法］免疫组织化学方法检测非癌胃黏膜、胃癌组织EGFR、Ki67表达。［结果］非癌胃黏膜组和胃癌组，EGFR阳性表达率分别为76.5%和74.2%，二者差异无显著性意义；EGFR细胞膜表达率分别为92.3%和52.2%，非癌胃黏膜组显著高于胃癌组（P=0.001）。非癌胃黏膜组和胃癌组Ki67阳性表达率分别为48.4%和77.3%，非癌胃黏膜组Ki67表达率显著低于胃癌组（P=0.010）。非癌胃黏膜组EGFR细胞膜表达与Ki67阳性表达正相关（P=0.054），EGFR细胞浆表达与Ki67阳性表达无明显相关关系（P=0.484）；胃癌组EGFR细胞膜表达、细胞浆表达与Ki67表达均无明显相关关系（P=0.287；P=0.724）。EGFR细胞浆表达与胃癌分化程度显著正相关（P=0.030）。［结论］胃癌细胞增殖常出现EGFR的胞浆堆积。 |

| ［Objective］To explore the significance and the relationship between the site changes of EGFR expression in cancer cells and gastric carcinogenesis.［Methods］EGFR and Ki67 expressions in gastric mucosas and carcinomas were detected by immunohistochemistry.［Results］Between gastric mucosa group and carcinoma group,there was no significant difference in the frequencies of EGFR expression (76.5% and 74.2%,respectively),but the frequency of EGFR expression in cytomembrane were significantly higher in the former than that in the latter (92.3% and 52.2%,respectively; P=0.001).The frequency of Ki67 expression was significantly lower in gastric mucosa group (48.4%) than that in carcinoma group (77.3%) (P=0.010).In gastric mucosa group,EGFR expression in cytomembrane was related to Ki67 expression (P=0.054),but the expression in cytoplasm not (P=0.484).In carcinoma group,EGFR expression neither in cytomembrane nor in cytoplasm was related to Ki67 expression.EGFR expression in cytoplasm was significantly related positively to differentiation of carcinoma (P=0.030).［Conclusion］The cell proliferation of gastric cancer could be association with gathering of non-functional EGFR protein. |
