| ［目的］探讨鼻咽癌组织局部免疫在鼻咽癌发生发展中所起的作用。［方法］免疫组化方法检测45例鼻咽癌的肿瘤间质和33例慢性鼻咽炎组织的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD20+ 分布情况。
［结果］与慢性鼻咽炎组比较，鼻咽癌肿瘤间质中CD4+T 、CD3+T淋巴细胞均明显减少（P<0.05）；CD8+T淋巴细胞及CD20+ B淋巴细胞差异则无显著性意义（P>0.05）；CD4+/CD8+（0.26）降低，且明显低于正常值（CD4+/CD8+ 正常比值为1.76±0.58）。［结论］鼻咽癌组织中CD4+/ CD8+ 比值减小，提示鼻咽部组织免疫功能受到抑制。 |

| ［Objective］ To investigate the characteristics of lymphocyte subpopulations in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.［Methods］ Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect CD4+, CD8+, CD3+, and CD20+ expression of lymphocytes in stroma of 45 nasopharyngeal carcinomas and 33 chronic nasopharyngitis from the Second Affiliated of Dalian Medical University between 2002~2007.［Results］ Comparing with chronic nasopharyngitis, the lymphocytes with CD4+ and CD3+ were decreasing (P<0.05), but those with CD8+ and CD20+ were not (P>0.05), CD4+/CD8+ was 0.26 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, while 0.54 in chronic nasopharyngitis.［Conclusion］ There is immunity dysfunction in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, especially local cellular immunity dysfunction. |
