金属β-内酰胺酶基因位于细菌染色体、质粒或者转座子上,并以基因盒的形式存在于整合子中,可在不同细菌间传递,导致耐药性水平播散。金属酶能水解除单环类以外的包括碳青霉烯在内的一大类β-内酰胺类抗生素。本文就金属酶的起源、分类、分子结构特点、分子生物学基础方面的研究作一综述。 |

Abstract: |
Metal beta-lactamases (MBL) gene is located in bacterial chromosomes, plasmid or transposon, and in the form of a cassette exists in integron. MBL can transmit drug-resistance through the gene recombination mechanism between the different bacteria and can hydrolysis a large class of beta-lactam antibiotics including the carbapenem except for single-loop class antibiotic. Here is the summary of currently research of MBL on the origins, classification, molecular characteristics and molecular biology research. |
