[目的]了解耐亚胺培南的铜绿假单胞菌产β-内酰胺酶的分布及分离率。[方法]采用K-B法进行药物敏感试验,筛选耐亚胺培南的铜绿假单胞菌;再进行改良三维实验,对菌株所产β-内酰胺酶进行分析。[结果]临床分离耐亚胺培南的铜绿假单胞菌40株中,单产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)9株(22.5%),单产高产染色体头孢菌素酶(AmpC)2株(5.0%),5株为超超广谱β-内酰胺酶(SSBL)(12.5%),3株产酶量过高或其他原因(7.5%),21株无酶活性(52.5%)。[结论]产β-内酰胺酶是耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌的主要耐药机制之一。 |

[Objective] To analyze beta-lactamase in imipenem-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa. [Methods] At first, the strains of imipenem-resistant P. Aeruginosa were selected with K-B susceptibility method. Then the three-dimensional method was taken to differentiate and analyze the various beta-lactamases. [Results] The enzymes produced by 40 strains imipenem-resistant P. Aeruginosa included extended spectrum beta-lactamases (ESBLs) (22.5%). High level AmpC beta-lactamases (5.0%), SSBL (12.5%), enzyme production were too high or other reasons (7.5%) and no activity (52.5%). [Conclusion] Production of beta-lactamases is one of the important reasons of imipenem -resistant P. aeruginosa. |
