绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)是一种生物发光蛋白,其内源荧光基团在受到紫外光或蓝光激发时可高效发射清晰可见的绿光。由于其具有发光的特性,已成为在生物化学和细胞生物学中研究和开发应用得最广泛的蛋白质之一,因而在科研及生物医药等领域具有良好的应用前景。GFP的高分辨率晶体结构为了解和研究蛋白质结构和光谱学功能关系提供了一个极好的机会,GFP已成为一个监测在完整细胞和组织内基因表达和蛋白质定位的理想标记。本文对GFP及其发现和发展和应用前景作一综述。 |

Green fluorescent protein (GFP) is a kind of bioluminescent protein that can emission visible green light when it is excited by ultraviolet or blue light. Because of its illuminant characteristic, the applied perspective of GFP is extensive in scientific research, biology, medicine and the other fields. GFP's high resolution crystal structure provides a opportunity to understand and study protein structure and spectroscopy function. So it has become an idea marker for monitoring gene expression and protein localization in integral cell and tissue. Discovery and applied perspective of GFP will be reviewed in this article. |
