“和胃饮”合剂对功能性消化不良大鼠胃肠激素的影响

摘要:
[目的] 观察“和胃饮”合剂对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠胃肠激素的影响,以探讨其促胃动力的作用机制。[方法] 采用激怒法制备FD大鼠模型。放射免疫法及分光光度法分别测定血中胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)水平及一氧化氮(NO)含量。 [结果]高剂量组、低剂量组和FD组血浆MTL分别为246.20±94.88,163.80±28.15和130.94±18.43,各组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);血清GAS分别为64.36±18.02,57.44±14.44和30.34±6.27,用药组明显高于FD组 (P<0.05);NO 含量分别为:33.79±5.96,37.93±11.65和63.20±15.44,各组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。 [结论] “和胃饮”合剂的促胃动力作用可能与其增加FD大鼠血浆MTL、血清GAS水平和降低NO含量作用有关。

Abstract:
[Objective] The purpose of study is to observe the effect of Heweiyin Mixture (HWYM ) on gastrointestinal hormone in rats with functional dyspepsia(FD) and thereby investigate its’ gastro-prokinetic mechanism. [Methods] Functional dyspepsia model was prepared in rats using anger method. Plasm motilin (MTL), serum gastrin (GAS) were methoded by RIA, nitric oxide (NO) was determined by spectrophotometry. [Results] In high dose, low dose and model group, plasm MLT were 246.20±94.88,163.80±28.15 and 130.94±18.43, respectively (P<0.05); serum GAS were 64.36±18.02, 57.44±14.44 and 30.34±6.27, respectively (P<0.05); No were 33.79±5.96, 37.93±11.65 and 63.20±15.44, respectively (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The gastro-prokinetic mechanism effect of HWYM is related to its ability to increase level of plasma MTL, serum GAS and to decrease the content of plasm nitric oxide.
