Abstract: |
Human leucocyte antigen (HLA) is also called major histocompatibility complex (MHC). It is a group of genes with an extremely high polymorphism and linked malconformation. Recently, the applications of HLA have extended to the fields of illness correlation, organ transplantation, immune response, forensic medicine, anthropology and so on. The genetic structure and polymorphism of HLA, and correlation between genetic polymorphism of HLA-Ⅱalleles and essential hypertension (EH) are reviewed in this paper. |
