中药香薷体外杀灭阴道毛滴虫效果的观察

摘要:
[目的] 探讨香薷体外抗阴道毛滴虫的效果。 [方法] 在光镜下观察香薷水提液作用后阴道毛滴虫的形态变化,并记录毛滴虫的死亡率,同时与花椒和常山的体外杀虫效果相比较。[结果] 香薷的杀虫效果与药物浓度和作用时间呈正相关。香薷、花椒和常山水提液杀灭阴道毛滴虫的最低有效浓度分别为1∶4(62.5 mg/mL)、1∶4和1∶1(250 mg/mL)。3种中药中,香薷的杀虫效果最好,其次为花椒,常山的作用效果较差,组间比较结果具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。香薷作用后毛滴虫体内充满大量颗粒和空泡,部分虫体裂解、内容物外溢。[结论] 香薷具有较强的抗阴道毛滴虫作用。

Abstract:
[Objective] To study the effect of Mosla chinensis Maxim on Trichomonas vaginalis in vitro. [Methods] After treated with Mosla chinensis Maxim water extract (MCMWE), Trichomonas vaginalis was observed under light microscope, for the purpose of morphological changes and mortality rate of Trichomonas vaginalis at different time after agent interactions. At the same time, in comparison with the killing effect on Trichomonas vaginalis conducted by Zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim and Dichroa febrifurga Lour. [Result] The killing effect by Mosla chinensis Maxim was positively correlated both with the concentration of agent and the acting time. 1:4 (62.5 mg/mL),1:4 and 1:1(250 mg/mL)were the minimum effective concentration for MCMWE, Zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim and Dichroa febrifurga Lour to kill Trichomonas respectively. Among the three Chinese herbs, Mosla chinensis Maxim group obtained the best killing effect, Zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim group the secondary and Dichroa febrifurga Lour group the lowest, which was of statistical significance as compared with one another (P<0.01). After treated with MCMWE, the cytoplasm of Trichomonas vaginalis was filled with granules and vacuoles, and some of those Trichomonas vaginalis broke and their cellular content overflew. [Conclusion] Mosla chinensis Maxim exhibits a relatively potent effect on Trichomonas vaginalis.
