| ［目的］研究在各种感染性休克体液修复过程中患者血清中C反应蛋白和降钙素原的变化。［方法］检测48例感染性休克患者体液复苏各阶段血清中C反应蛋白及降钙素原的含量变化，将感染组与对照组、复苏前与复苏过程中各阶段作对比。［结果］C反应蛋白和降钙素原在感染性休克患者较正常组升高，但在体液修复后二者水平都有回落，各阶段变化不相同，与病情有密切关系。［结论］血清中C反应蛋白和降钙素原的水平与感染程度密切相关，可用来监测病情变化，判断预后和指导临床治疗。 |

| ［Objective］To study the CRP and PCT changes in serum levels during the fluid resuscitation of septic shock.［Methods］We examined 48 septic shock patients's CRP and PCT changes in serum levels during the fluid resuscitation, and compared with the 27 healthy adults served as normal controls.［Results］The CRP and PCT in serum levels of septic shock patients were higher than normal. Both of them fall down after fluid resuscitation, and in the different stages had different levels.［Conclusion］The CRP and PCT in serum levels are reported as an interesting parameter to estimate the prognosis of septic shock. |
