姜黄素与肿瘤细胞作用的分子机制

摘要:
姜黄素是从姜科植物姜黄中提取的一种多酚类色素,具有广泛的抗肿瘤作用。在美国姜黄素现在正作为一种新的抗癌剂,用于临床实验当中。虽然实验证明姜黄素能从多方面促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制肿瘤的生长、转移,但姜黄素与肿瘤细胞作用的分子机制尚未完全阐明。近几年,越来越多的分子生物学技术、先进的分离分析技术等应用于姜黄素防治肿瘤的研究当中。结果表明,姜黄素可能通过直接作用于细胞、作用于相关蛋白、作用于相关基因及调节细胞间的信号传导通路等途径达到抗肿瘤的目的。

Abstract:
Curcumin is a kind of poliphenolic phytochemical derived from the rhizome of Curcuma longa and has a diversity of antitumor activities. As a new anti-cancer agent, curcumin has been used in clinical trial in American nowadays. Some experimental studies have shown that curcumin can promote tumor cell apoptosis, inhibit tumor cell proliferation and metastasis, however, the molecular mechanisms underlying the effect of curcumin on tumor cells have not been completely delineated. In recent years, more and more molecular biological technologies and advanced separation and analysis technologies have been applied in the investigations of curcumin preventing and treating tumors. The results indicate that curcumin may exert antitumor activity by interacting with cells directly, effecting on associated proteins and genes or regulating signal transduction pathway between cells.
