摘要:

［目的］探讨老年人24 h动态心电图心律失常的发生情况及其特点。［方法］1360例患者在2005年1月~2006年1月于大连医科大学附属第二医院心电图室进行的24 h动态心电图检查，按老年组（≥60岁）和非老年组（＜60岁）进行统计归纳，对比分析。［结果］在房早、室早、房速、房颤、束支阻滞及房室传导阻滞的发生率，老年组高于非老年组（P＜0.05或P＜0.01），老年组房早的发生率居第一位，为94.5%，室早、房速、房颤、左、右束支阻滞、房室传导阻滞及短阵室速的发生率分别为80.4%、26.4%、13.2%、2.5%、12.3%、6.6%、4.8%。［结论］老年人较非老年人容易发现各种心律失常，有必要进行定期院内外监测，以减少老年患者猝死的发生。

Abstract:

［Objective］To analyze the occurance and the characteristics of arrhythmia in old patients by dynamic eletrocardiogram.［Methods］One thousand three hundred and sixty data of 24 h dynamic eletrocardiogram of our hospital from 2005.1to 2006.1 were analysed respectively according to elder group (≥60 y)and non-elder group(＜60 y).［Results］In atrial premature beats,ventricular premature block,atrioventricular block ,the occurring rates of elder group were higher than non-elder group(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01),the occurance rates in elder group of atrial premature beats, ventricular premature beats,atrial tachycardia,atrial fibrillation,left and right bundle branch block,atrioventricular block,short paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia were 94.5%, 80.4%, 26.4%, 13.2%, 2.5%, 12.3%, 6.6%, 4.8% respectively,the first was atrial premature beats.［Conclusions］The old people are easy in occurring of arrhythmias,so 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram regularly monitoring is essential no matter in hospital or out of hospital to reduce sudden death in the elder patients.
