| ［目的］探讨MRI检查在胫骨平台骨折治疗中的作用。［方法］通过对25例不同X片表现胫骨平台骨折MRI结果影响治疗方法的分析，评价MRI在胫骨平台骨折诊断和治疗中的作用。［结果］ 本组9例X片阴性患者，MRI检查发现骨折和相应软组织损伤，治疗方案更改率是100%(9/9)；9例患者X片显示骨折移位＜2 mm，MRI检查后治疗的更改率是44.4%(4/9)；7例X片显示骨折移位＞2 mm的患者，治疗的更改率是57.1%(4/7)。［结论］MRI检查可以明确胫骨平台骨折及并发的软组织损伤，是确定诊断和治疗方案的重要参考资料。 |

| ［Objective］To evaluate the role of MRI in treatment of tibial plateau fracture.［Methods］Twenty five cases of tibial plateau fracture with different types of X rays, additional discoveries were found in all cases by MRI, and thus changed the treatment of every patient.［Results］Nine cases were negative in X rays, but MRI express soft tissue lesion , treatment of every patient was changed; Nine cases with shorter than 2 mm dislocation of fracture bone, MRI express additional fractures or soft tissue lesions in all patients, and treatment was changed in 4 cases(44.4%); Seven cases with longer than 2 mm dislocation of fracture bone, all were found soft tissue lesion in MRI, and 4 cases operated with bone fracture and soft tissue(57.1%).［Conclusions］MRI is important and necessary in treating tibial plateau fracture, because of its sensitivity and particularity in bone fracture and soft tissue lesion. |
