摘要:

［目的］ 探讨Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术后并发症的常见原因及处理方法。［方法］对于2005年5月~2007年1月在大连医科大学附属第二医院行Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术治疗难治性青光眼的24例（24眼）术后并发症常见的原因及处理方法进行回顾性研究。［结果］ 术后随访1周～12个月，术后早期的主要并发症为前房出血2眼（8.3%）、前房形成迟缓8眼（33.3%）、引流管堵塞3眼（12.5%）等。术后晚期并发症为引流盘包裹继发高眼压5眼（20.8%）。［结论］Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术后并发症复杂多发，但经过及时妥善的处理仍可达到理想的疗效。

Abstract:

［Objective］To investigate the cause of the complications and control measures of Ahmed valve implantation for refractory glaucoma.［Methods］In the period from May 2005 to January 2007, retrospective study of postoperative application was based on 24 cases (24 eyes) which underwent Ahmed valve implantation for refractory glaucoma.［Results］Follow-up was 1 week to 12 months. Main early complications after the operation were shallow anterior chamber 2 eyes (8.3%), anterior chamber hemorrhage 8 eyes (33.3%), obstruction of the drainage entrance 3 eyes (12.5%); Main far complications after the operation were fibrosis around Ahmed valve and persistent high intraocular pressure 5 eyes (20.8%). ［Conclusions］Despite complications are complex and happened frequently, we can also believe that refractory glaucoma Ahmed valve implantation is a satisfactory and safe procedure underwent timely and appropriate control measures.
