[目的]探讨AQP9水通道蛋白在大鼠前列腺组织中的表达以及雄激素对前列腺AQP9表达的影响。[方法]使用20只8周龄去势大鼠模型,应用定量PCR以及免疫组织化学染色方法检测AQP 9 mRNA和蛋白在大鼠前列腺组织中的表达以及雄激素对大鼠前列腺AQP9表达的影响。[结果]正常大鼠前列腺组织中AQP9 mRNA和蛋白均有所表达(AQP9/β-actin 2.259±0.453),去势可减少大鼠前列腺中AQP9的表达(0.422±0.048),睾酮注射可恢复AQP9在前列腺组织中的表达(2.098±0.507)。[结论]大鼠前列腺组织中AQP9的表达受雄激素的调控。 |

[Objective]To study the expression of aquaporin 9(AQP9) in rat prostate and the regulation between AQP9 and androgen.[Methods]Twenty 8-weeks-old Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were used as animal model in this study, the regulation between AQP9 and androgens was examined using real-time PCR and immunohistochemistry.[Results]AQP9 mRNA and protein were expressed in rat prostate(AQP9/β-actin 2.259±0.453), surgical castration decreased the expression(0.422±0.048)and testosteron injection restored it(2.098±0.507).[Conclusions]The expression of AQP9 in rat prostate is modulated by androgen. |
