| β-catenin为细胞骨架蛋白即连环蛋白的家族成员之一，在WNT信号通路中起着核心作用，近年其与牙齿相关的研究受到人们重视。本文就β-catenin在牙胚发育、牙源性肿瘤、牙齿再生方面相关研究的进展做一综述，望对进一步研究有所启示。 |

| β-catenin,one of the cytoskeletal protein（catenin）'s family, plays a key role in the WNT signaling pathway. Recently great attention has been paid to research on the relation betweeen β-catenin and tooth. In this paper, the researches on β-catenin in the development of tooth germ, odontogenic tumor and tooth regeneration are reviewed ,which may be useful to related basic studies. |
