釉质粘接剂与光固化窝沟封闭剂临床效果评价

摘要:

［目的］评价釉质粘接剂用于窝沟封闭的临床应用价值及其效果。［方法］对780例6～12岁患儿的1560个上、下颌第一恒磨牙用釉质粘接剂进行窝沟封闭术，并釆用Estiseal光固化窝沟封闭剂自身对照的研究方法评价效果。［结果］随诊4年后发现釉质粘接剂组在1～4年的涂膜保留率均比可见光固化组高（P＜0.01），但龋病患病率差异无显著性意义（P＞0.05）。［结论］釉质粘接剂是一种可靠、方便的化学窝沟封闭剂，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:

［Objective］Evaluate clinical application value of the enamel Bonding agents in microfilled sealant. ［Methods］Permanent molars 1560 in 780 patients aged from 6～12 years were treated with The enamel bonding agents and the Estiseal light-cured microfilled sealant and evaluation their result. The patients were followed up for 4 years.［Results］After 1～4 years the enamel bonding agents have high rate of coat holding (P<0.01). But the decayed tooth rate didn't show the difference (P>0.05). ［Conclusion］The enamel bonding agents is a kind of credibility convenient chemistry microfilled sealant and deserve application in clinic.
