| ［目的］评价大连医科大学附属第一医院2004～2006年注射用抗菌药物应用状况。［方法］ 对2004～2006年注射用抗菌药物的用药金额和用药频度(DDDs) 进行统计。［结果］头孢菌素的用药金额最大。按照DDDs 排序, 头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠是临床最常用的注射用抗菌药物。［结论］大连医科大学附属第一医院连续3 年注射用抗菌药物应用基本稳定、合理。 |

| ［Objective］To evaluate the utilization of antibiotics for injection in our hospital during 2004～2006.［Methods］The consumption sum and DDDs of antibiotics for injection used in our hospital during 2004～2006 were investigated statistically.［Results］Over the three years, cephalosporins took the first place on the list of consumption sum.Leading the list on the list of DDDs was Cefoperazone and Sulbactam.［Conclusion］The utilization of antibiotics for injection in the first affiliated hospital of dalian medical university during 2004～2006 was basically stable and reasonable. |
